To complete consultation by the doctors, and to keep the user updated about their bookings and orders LetsDoc Healthcare Technologies will send emails, SMS and call the user depending on the requirement and as directed by the user, whether the contact numbers are registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. By using the services of LetsDoc Healthcare Technologies Pvt Ltd the users authorizes and gives consent to be contacted, and confirms that the user will not hold LetsDoc or its third party service providers liable/institute compliant under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, (2010) or such other applicable regulations including any ammendment thereof as may be applicable from time to time.
Refunds
In case of any service not being rendered as mentioned on the website 100% refund will be initiated within 48 hours of raising a complaint at [email protected]

A. Information Collection by LetsDoc
To use LetsDoc, you will be asked to create a user ID, with an e-mail address and password, which we refer to as your LetsDoc ID or credentials. After you create your ID, you can use the same credentials to sign in to this service. This process will allow you to manage your profile and/or account; search physicians; submit documents (including previous scans and documents) and ask specific queries addressed to the chosen physicians.
To create an account, you must provide personal information such as name, address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address, gender, and other pertinent data that will be used by your provider.
As any clinic, LetsDoc also creates and maintains a record of the care and the services you receive. Records include your medical history, uploaded data and image files which complete your consultation record, audio and video files associated with all consultations, electronic medical records that may be uploaded or created as a result of treatment, medical test results and prescription records.
You can also use our services anonymously if you wish. You are under no obligation to provide us with every personal information except vital communication details. You may change some of the information that you provide by clicking edit profile on your dashboard to edit your details.
B. How will LetsDoc Use Information Collected
We may use and share your medical information as listed below. Not every possible use or disclosure will be listed. However, all of the ways we may use and share information are covered by one or more of these areas.
For Remote Consultation - We will share your case details and medical information which you have shared with us, with our panel of doctors who will call you on your given mobile number or send a message or start a video call for consultation.
For Treatment - We may use your medical information to give you medical care. We may share your medical information with doctors, nurses, technicians, students or other LetsDoc workers. For example, departments may share your medical information to plan your care – this may include case sheets, prescriptions, lab work, reports and x-rays. We may share parts of your medical information with people not at LetsDoc, such as partner firms that provide you medicines as well as access to investigations, etc. This may also include referring physicians and home health care nurses who may be treating you, in the future.
For Payment - We may use and share your medical information with others who help pay for your care, such as insurance firms.
For Health Care Operations - We may use and share your information for our operations (resolve service and billing problems via telephone or email, troubleshoot technical problems etc.). We will also use data to run our programs and make sure our patients receive quality care. For example, we may use medical information to review our treatment and services. We may use medical information to measure the performance of our staff and the quality of their services. We may share medical information with doctors, nurses, technicians, students, and other health care workers for teaching purposes.
Business Associates - We may contract with outside businesses to provide some services for us. For example, laboratories or collection agencies. Under such contracts, we may share your medical information with them to help them assist you better. Please note that LetsDoc has Non-Disclosure Agreements with these concerned parties who may be able to access your information.
Appointment Reminders - We may contact you to remind you about your appointment for medical care. We will be sending emails to the email ids or making calls on the phone numbers provided by you if required. In case you have given a wrong email id or wrong phone number for correspondence, in that case LetsDoc will not be responsible for the information loss or privacy loss due to the message going to an another destination.
Treatment Alternatives - We may use and share medical information to inform you about different types of treatment available to you. We may use and share medical information to inform you about other benefits and services related to your health.
People Involved In Your Care - Unless you specify otherwise, we may share your medical information with a family member or friend who helps with your medical care. We may share your medical information with a group helping with disaster relief efforts. We do this so your family can be told about your location and condition. If you are not present or able to say no, we may use our judgment to decide if sharing your information is in your best interest.
Research - In support of eHealth initiatives, we may use and share your medical information for research. We will only use and share information for research after obtaining your consent or if the used data does not expressly identify you in any way.
As Required By Law - We will share your medical information when required to do so by federal, state or local law.
To Prevent A Serious Threat To Health Or Safety - We may use and share your medical information to prevent a serious threat to your health and safety or that of others. We will only share your medical information with persons who can help prevent the threat.
Studies and Reports - LetsDoc may use your information to study results and produce reports. Such information may be shared with LetsDoc partners and advertisers under the sole discretion of LetsDoc.
Service Improvement - LetsDoc will use the information gathered primarily for medical treatment, as discussed in this Privacy Notice. However, in other instances, non-personal information collected may be used for statistical analysis, improvement of services, and customization of web design, content layout and services.

Public Health Risks - We may share your medical information for public health activities. We may do so as required by law. For example, we may share your medical information:

to report births and deaths;

C. Your Rights Concerning Your Medical Information
You have the following rights regarding the medical information we maintain about you:
Right To Inspect and To Receive Copies - You have the right to view and receive copies of the medical information used to make decisions about your care. While this would be available in your LetsDoc consumer account for a pre-specified period of time, we may charge a fee for the costs of processing your request, post the expiry of this period.
Right To Amend - If you think that medical information we have about you is wrong or incomplete, you have the right to change the record yourself by logging into your LetsDoc account or to request for an amendment to your record. To ask for a change to your record, you must make your request in writing and submit it to customer service. Also, you must give a reason to support your request.
We may say no to your request for an amendment to your record. We may do this if the request is not in writing or in absence of a valid reason to support the request. We may refuse your request if you ask us to amend information that:
We did not create, unless the person or entity that created the information is no longer available to make the amendment
Is not part of the records used to make decisions about you
Is not part of the information which you are permitted to inspect and to receive a copy
Is accurate and complete
Right To an Accounting of Disclosures - You have the right to receive a list of disclosures we made of your medical information. This list may not include all disclosures that we made. For example, this list will not include disclosures that we made for treatment, payment or health care operations. To obtain this list, you must submit a request in writing on the approved form. We will give the form to you upon request.
Right To Request Restrictions - You have the right to ask for a restriction or limitation on the medical information we use or share for treatment, payment or health care operations. You also have the right to ask for a limit on the medical information we share with someone who is involved in your care or in the payment for your care. Such a person may be a family member or friend. Although we are not obliged to grant your request, we will fulfill your request unless the information is needed to provide you with emergency treatment. Right To A Paper Copy of This Notice - You may ask us to give you a copy of this Notice at any time. Even if you have agreed to get this Notice electronically, you still have a right to a paper copy of this Notice.

Access to the Services for dependents is only permitted through the primary account holder’s username and password. Minors are not allowed to use the Services without parental consent and assistance or without an adult being present in the room during a video consultation. If we become aware that a user of our Services is under the age of 18 and has provided us with Information without verifiable parental consent, we may delete such information from our files and deactivate the related account.

K. LetsDoc Employees
All our employees have completed privacy policy training and job-specific training on how to protect and respect client information.
